Evrim Yıldırım Dursun is Co-Head of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets Practice at LBF Partners. Following a distinguished 16-year career at Capital Markets Board of Türkiye, Evrim joined LBF Partners, bringing extensive experience in capital markets regulation and financial law. She has particular expertise in initial public offerings (IPOs), securities issuances, capital increases, corporate governance, public disclosure obligations, and compliance with capital markets legislation. She advises issuers, financial institutions, and investors on a broad range of matters relating to capital markets law, corporate law, corporate finance, and financial regulation.

Evrim graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law, earned her LL.M. in Private Law from Ankara University, and completed an MSc in Law and Finance at the University of Oxford.

Prior to joining LBF Partners, she served at Capital Markets Board of Türkiye as a Legal Expert and Senior Legal Expert, and most recently held the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Corporate Finance.

Combining extensive regulatory experience with an international academic perspective, Evrim provides legal advice in both Turkish and English.
