LBF Partners Advised the Seller on Astor Block Sale
LBF Partners acted as legal adviser to Astor Holding A.Ş. on the placement of 90 million Class B shares in Astor Enerji A.Ş. (Astor Enerji) through an accelerated bookbuilding process (ABB).
The transaction, valued at approximately TRY 9.8 billion (c. USD 238 million), ranks among the largest corporate ABBs in Türkiye in recent years. Investor demand was several times greater than the available allocation, generating an order book of around USD 1 billion and underscoring clear international interest in Turkish equities.
Astor Enerji is a Turkish industrial company manufacturing power and distribution transformers, switchgear, and compact substations. Citigroup Global Markets Limited and HSBC Bank plc acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Bookrunners, while İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. acted as Sole Domestic Coordinator and Bookrunner in relation to the transaction.
